As President and CEO of Somerset Association Management, Dustan Goodell oversees the firm’s operations. Utilizing his background in the hospitality industry, Mr. Goodell brings a wealth of experience in property management with a focus on luxury high-rise condominiums.

The objectives of Somerset ’s executive team mirror the standards achieved by Mr. Goodell during his career and will perpetuate only the finest in service and hospitality for Somerset managed associations.

Since entering the association management industry in 1995, he has successfully worked with existing and newly developed high rise communities in north Texas. This experience included the pre-opening efforts for The Vendome on Turtle Creek, the Mayfair at Turtle Creek, 1999 McKinney Avenue Lofts and, most recently, Austin City Lofts in Austin, Texas. The emphasis on gracious hospitality and a 5 star mentality towards resident service has established Mr. Goodell as the leader in high rise community management. Somerset Association Management is the next step to establishing the standards of excellence not only in Texas, but throughout the industry.

As Vice President of Somerset Association Management, Kari King oversees all financial and administrative functions of the company. Her extensive experience in association management at premiere properties in North Texas has made her an invaluable resource for both our key management staff as well as our Board of Directors. Kari’s emphasis on service and proactive approach to managing communities is a standard for her and her team.
